* United Kingdom, Germany, Trinidad and Tobago, Iceland, Philippines, Dominican Republic, France, Bahamas, Switzerland, Greece, Ireland, India, Fiji, Spain, Japan, Jamaica, Brazil, Sweden, Ecuador, Hungary, Austria starting at $13.45
